Susie Adams, Kindergarten Teacher
I have been teaching for 29 years, all here at Immaculate Conception. Most of those years (22) were spent in 2nd grade; I have also taught 6th and 3rd grades. Currently I am in my fourth year of teaching Kindergarten.
I attended the University of Toledo where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (1-8) and Special Education (K-12 Visually Handicapped). I also have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Bowling Green State University.
My husband and I have two grown daughters, who both attended Immaculate Conception School. Being with my family and new grandbaby is what I love most. I also enjoy golfing, spending time on the water, reading, photography, painting, and drawing.
I love being with children and seeing their faces light up when learning something new. Having the opportunity to share my faith and guide children in making choices about doing their personal best is important to me. I feel blessed to be working in an environment where faith and family are top priority.
